Hiking is exploring. Discover hidden spots, unknown natural pearls, yourself and new people. You can become this all during one fantastic hike in Norway, ‘The Besseggen Ridge. It’s one of the most popular hikes in Norway and has a kind of cult status. "Everyone" wants to have done it once in his life but you need to be fit for the Besseggen hike. With 6-7 hours walking time and 900 metres difference in altitude, this is not a walk in the park! Therefore, a good preparation is a must. Below, you can find four preparation hikes.
Enjoy our first walk in the beautiful Flemish forest ‘Kluisbos’. It’s the largest forest in the Flemish Ardennes.

Healthy food is an important condition for a good health. Good food supplies all the nutrients that your body needs. It will help to keep your body fit. Who eat healthy, feels good!
Walking in a group is a great way to keep each other motivated. This way we help and encourage each other to keep on going.
During walking, drink regularly, so your body will be enough hydrated. Drink about 500 ml an hour!
It’s important to have a good basic condition. This ensures that you can do all daily activities without getting extra tired of it. We recommend you to walk at least 2-3x a week to build up your condition!
